Toilet Time
Wednesday 26th July
7pm
The Hut Community Centre

Achieving independence with toileting is a milestone in any child’s life and involves the development of a complex range of physical, communication, self-care and social skills.

This 1-hour information session will provide an introduction to toilet training with an overview of typical development, preparation for toilet training and toilet training methods.

The session is facilitated by Debbie Atkins, an occupational therapist with over 20 years experience working with community-based early intervention services. Debbie has a special interest in the promotion of toilet training with active involvement in parent education programs and the development of resources to support toilet training.

Debbie will be available to answer questions after the session.

This event is generously supported by The Hut Community Centre.

All funds raised this year will go towards our ‘ Nature Play Project’ which will involve transforming our dull front yard to an exciting, interactive fun play space. This will be particularly useful for our Volunteers ( children) when on shift.

Please help us to make this project possible by supporting our fundraising efforts. Feel free to pass these flyers to whomever will take them!!

Thank you in advance for helping us improve our already pretty awesome Toy Library!
